Situated within the new Omni Hotel in downtown Fort Worth, Bennett Benner Pettit provided design services for these private residences featuring the finest finishes and amenities to create truly unique downtown living spaces. Condominiums begin on the 16th level where a pool deck creates an urban oasis above the busy downtown scene. The 96 units continue up to the top level of the building. Residents enjoy stunning views from the high rise building which are accentuated by floor-to-ceiling windows. Unit designs focus on large, open living areas with 10-foot ceilings, and spacious balconies.
